To report a problem, send an SMS to 1500. The text of your SMS depends on the service:
- TEL xxxxxxxxx – for problems with your landline phone,
- ADSL xxxxxxxxx – for problems with ADSL,
- ETV xxxxxxxxx – for problems with Extra TV.
To check the status of your problem, send an SMS: STATUS xxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxx is the number of your landline phone, with your town’s dialing code).
