SMS balance
Any time you want, you can check your balance – discretely and easily, via SMS. You can keep your expenses under control (or at least keep track of them). This service allows you to check your balance any time during the month. Just send an SMS “RACUN” to 1467 and you’ll get a reply from SMS info. The message will contain the exact date and time of the balance update.
You can also check your balance using another number. You do as follows: send an SMS to 1467 in which you enter, apart from “RACUN“, the phone number (without 067) for which you need to know the balance, as well as the last four digits from the SIM card, all with spaces. For example: RACUN 123456 4455. The reply will be immediate.
Checking your Roaming expenses
Message about your balance will also include expenses made while in roaming. However, this requires additional attention. It might occur that, at the moment you get your feedback, all the calls have not been processed yet. The processing of roaming expenses, as well as your insight into them may last several days, depending on the time we the bill from our roaming partner the network of which you had been using.
SMS roaming
Are you travelling? Would you like to know the name of our roaming partner in a foreign country and their network dialing code? Ask our SMS Roaming! Send ROAMING name of the country to 1467 and you will receive a message with the requested information right away. For example, if you send: roaming Svajcarska , the feedback will say: “Switzerland – number of roaming partners 3: ORANGE (228-03), SWISSCOM (228-01), SUNRISE (228-02).” In case you want to know area codes for a certain network with which T-Mobile has a commercial roaming agreement, send an SMS to 1467: ROAMING network name (for example Roaming orange) and you will get a reply immediately (for example: Roaming partner Orange – dialing code: +352021). The price of SMS is set according to the T-Mobile tariff you are using at the moment.
SMS dictionary
You need a quick translation of a word or a sentence? SMS dictionary is always at your service. Any time with no difficulties, translate into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Albanian, Hungarian and Montenegrin. Translation is possible in all directions, all combinations. This is why you always need to put the language from which and to which you would like to translate. To mark a language, use the first letter of that language. Always use spaces. For example: S E means: translate from Spanish into English. C F: translation from Montenegrin to French. And so on, and so forth. The text of the message is bigger, of course. Let’s see. The length of the message depends on whether you want the meaning of only one word, or an entire sentence. Enter, with spaces: RIJEC to translate only one word/ TEKST to translate a phrase or a sentence, and then mark the languages with an initial letter, and finally, the word or a phrase you want to have translated. Send this SMS to 1466. This is an example for translating from English to Italian: RIJEC E I red (the feedback will be ’’red = imenica (noun): rosso, scoperto; pridjev (adjective): rosso’’); TEKST E I red is my favorite (the feedback is “il rosso e’ il mio preferito”). Since the translation of a text or a phrase is done by a computer, it will not always be grammatically perfect. Certain languages have letters with special symbols that cannot be used within an SMS. When you are sending your text, use only basic letters (ex: for é, e, e, ë, enter E). Successful use of this service is charged; the feedback costs 9 cents. Sending SMS to 1466 is free of charge.
SMS phone registry
T-Mobile and T-Com phone registry via SMS. A single massage is enough to get information about the phone number of a T-Mobile and T-Com user, or about the owner of a number. To find out someone’s T-Mobile number, all you need is an SMS to 1467 (with spaces): TEL name surname (for example Dragan Dragic), and for users of land line phones, send: TELFIX name surname (ex: TEL Dragan Dragic). If there is permission for the information to be given, a reply will arrive with the requested number. To find out the name of the owner of a certain number, sent TEL phone number (for example: TEL 067xxxxxx or TEL 020xxxxxx) to 1467. Successful use of this service is charged; a reply message containing the information costs 14 cents. The price of SMS is set according to the T-Mobile tariff you are using at the moment. Apart from numbers of T-Mobile post-paid udders, upon a personal request, a prepaid number can be added in order to be publically available.
