Shareholders’ Assembly
The Shareholder’s Assembly which is an assembly of all shareholders is the supreme body of the Company. Ordinary Shareholders’ Assembly shall be convened on once every year. The Shareholder’s Assembly can be held at any time during the calendar year in a manner as stipulated under the Articles of Associations.
All decisions of the Company must be in accordance with decisions of the Shareholder`s Assembly. Provisions concerning the operation of the Shareholder`s Assembly are set out in the Law on Business Organizations and the Articles of Association of the Company, whereas the way of operation and work of the Shareholder`s Assembly is determined by the Rules of procedure of Shareholder`s Assembly.
