Starting form tomorrow, CT users (residential users) can get a card with which they will be able to shop in installments and with discounts (3-25%) at over 100 selling locations in Montenegro.
At the today’s press conference, Jason King, CT’s Marketing Director, presented the new bank cards and he pointed out that it is a unique offer on our market made by Crnogorski Telekom with Hipotekarna Banka.
“We wish to provide the ultimate user’s experience; therefore, apart from a superior network quality, our innovative products and services, we pay special attention to our loyal customers. These cards are rewards for the trust given to us by our users and they are our way of thanking them for choosing our company. The cards will allow users to save money while shopping, but also while buying mobile devices at our T-Centers, as well as many other options” –King explained.
There are two types of cards offered: Premium and Premium Plus. Both cards can be either debit or credit, depending on user’s choice and the bank terms (debit card: you only spend what you have; credit card: the bank can approve a credit limit you can use).
The card owners get a great number of discounts and can buy different products in 36 renowned stores (Premium program partners) at significantly lower prices. You can pay for food, clothes, appliances, chemicals and cosmetics, hotel services, travels, furniture etc.
With these cards, there is an additional discount on telephones at our T-Centers (5% with Premium, and 10% with Premium Plus cards), and you can also pay your phone bill at T-Centers, as well as get money from ATMs of Hipotekarna Banka, with no commission.
“T-Com and T-Mobile users who have had their numbers for at least six months can get a Premium card; the number must be active. Premium Plus card is designed for users whose number has not been disconnected for the last six months, and who have been our users for at least 3 years, or their average bill has been 70 Euros or more. T-Mobile prepaid users can also apply for a Premium card. Users have to be registered, and their numbers used for at least 6 months, with at least one top-up in every three months. “–said Tanja Bokan, CT Marketing Manager.
All card’s benefits are valid as long as the owner is an active user of Crnogorski Telekom. You pay 50 c/month for card maintenance. Prepaid users need to top up with 5 Euros each month, electronically or with a voucher.
Aleksandar Mitrović, HB’s finance and IT director, pointed out that you can get these cards in a very simple way.
“Customers who wish to get Premium cards need is to come to the nearest Hipotekarna Banka office with their ID and apply for this service. After this, a bank account will be opened to transfer the money to be used for card payments. There are many advantages provided by Hipotekarna Banka: taking out cash from the bank’s ATMs without commission; paying telephone bills at T-Centers and ATMs, also without provision; prepaid top-ups at ATMs; Token balance check for Rhythm Club at ATMs, buying in monthly installments with our partners, etc” –said Mitrovic.
