Activate your SMS package!
You can do it in two ways:
- Subscribe, and each month, the package of your choice will be reactivated (of course, you can change packages each month);
- Send a single SMS request and activate your package (it will be valid for 30 days) Choose what’s best for you.
Now take a look at some practical details…
Subscription
To subscribe to this service, all you need is to send a message MMS 2 PRETPLATA (or MMS 4 PRETPLATA or MMS 6 PRETPLATA, depending on the package you want) to 1477.
You’ll get a feedback confirming that your request has been received, but only when you get another message that confirms a successful activation, you start using the messages from your package.
Activated this way, your package will be renewed each month. If you activate your subscription during a month/billing period, the subscription and the number of MMS will be calculated based on the number of remaining days of that month.
You can have only one active MMS package during this period.
Package change
If you wish to change the package you are subscribed to, send a message MMS X Y to 1477 (X is your current package and Y is the new one).
In case you do not want to be subscribed to the MMS package service, send MMS ODJAVA to the same number. You can continue using our MMS packages without subscription, by making single activations, upon request.
Single MMS package activations
You can use this service even without a subscription. Choose a package and activate it: send MMS 2 (or MMS 4 or MMS 6, depending on the package you want) to 1477. That’s all.
You’ll get a feedback confirming that your request has been received, but only when you get another message that confirms a successful activation, you start using the MMS messages from your package. Use them within the next 30 days from the moment of your activation. It is not possible to activate another MMS package during this period. You can do it only after 30 days.
Checking the remaining messages
You can always see how many MMS messages are at your disposal. Send MMS INFO to 1477; you’ll get a reply containing the information.
A couple of things you should know as well...
Once you “exit” your package (whether you are sending MMS messages abroad, or you used up all the MMS from your package, or they expired after 30 days), you send MMS messages and pay standard prices of the tariff you are using.
The service is not available while you are in roaming; also, it does not include MMS messages towards special numbers. Messages to 1477 are regarded as messages within T-Mobile CG. Prices include VAT.
These packages are reserved for both private users and legal entities. SMS is not the only way to activate packages and check the remaining messages. You can do it by calling 1500 (the call to our Contact Center is fee from T-Mobile).
