A contract for Extra Trio packages is signed for 18 months. New Extra Trio users get free HBO and HBO Premium for one month with their Extra Trio Flat package.
Subscription
You can install Extra Trio by yourself and avoid paying our installation fee. The procedure is simple, and we’ll help you as well. Take a look at the instructions. In case you decide to install it on your own, the prices for equipment are as follows:
Terminating your contract during the minimal contract period
If the contract is terminated within the first 18 months, users have to pay for the subscription for the remaining months, to give back the equipment and to pay for the remaining installments for the equipment renting (including the installation fee, in case it had not been paid before). Users keep their land line phones, with our Standard package paid according to our standard prices. In case there has been made a contract for PSTN subscription, during the Extra Trio contract termination, users have to sign a Request form and ask to keep the land line phone, if they wish to.
Fair Use Policy applies both for ADSL and our Comfort packages.
