If you use the internet only occasionally, for email or rarely surf, dial up is the right solution.
Dial up customers are connected to the internet via a telephone line and a modem.
Customers can choose between the two possibilites of payment for dialup services> internet packages (prepaid dial up hours) or pay for the dial up hours through their phone bill.
Internet packages
Residential customers can buy internet hoursi (10, 20, 50, 100 hours), which enables internet access from multiple telephone ines.

Duration of internet packages
New internet hours have a time limit. For 10 and 20 hours, the time limit is one month. For 50 and 100 hours, the limit is three months.
The limit is the time in which the customer has to use the bought dial up hours. If the customer has not used his internet hours during the defined limit, and has not bought new internet hours, the unspend internet hours will expire.
If the custoemr has bought new internet hours, before the limit has expired, the new hours are added to the current internet hours balance and the time limit is set in accordance to the package of horus which has the longer time limit.
During one month, customers can buy unlimited internet hours.
Email use is not limited. Customers can use their email account after the time limit expires.
Student discount
Students are entitled to a 25% discount, for any of the packages. Their connection is limited to one phone number.
The phone number from which the students connect can be changed once per month.
Paying internet hours through the phone bill
T-Com customers can pay their internet hours through the phone bill.

How can I connect?
Internet connection can be made through the number 19403 username: net1 and password: net1. For more information call our free number at 0800 80000 or by calling the nearest T-Center. By using the Net300+ and Net600+ packages, the time will always be on your side.
In this case, the internet connection is made by dialling 19403. Price of the internet connection is0,014 eur/min (prices include VAT) (for residential and business customers) and includes internet hours and fixed telephony minutes. Tariff interval is 23 seconds.
