How do I sign up?
Setup fee includes: - the price of the selected modem (depending on the type of modem) and - cost of installation of ADSL modem 12.5 euros (price is calculated with VAT). After the installation of ADSL package, namely after signing the contract, the modem stays in property of the customer, with a guarantee period of 12 months. During the guarantee period Crnogorski Telekom will serviced the equipment in case of any failure. After the guarantee period has expired, customer has the possibility to service the ADSL modem within the service authorized by Crnogorski Telekom.

Is the speed guaranteed?
No, it is not. Factors like the cable model and the distance can affect your ADSL service. Crnogorski Telekom seeks to ensure maximum speed for different ADSL packages.
Another variable is the Internet. Namely, Crnogorski Telekom can guarantee that in its own network there will not have bottlenecks and traffic jams, but it can not guarantee the same thing for the rest of Internet services. It can happen that your ADSL and your connection work perfectly and that the data you seek is requested by other users, slowing down the relevant server. In that case, you must “wait for your turn”.
