The regular General Assembly meeting of Crnogorski Telekom held today

On the regular General Assembly meeting of Crnogorski Telekom, held today, the financial statements and the yearly business report for 2009 were adopted. The Assembly also decided about the profit distribution for 2009, and approved that EUR 37 million is paid to shareholders of Company as dividend to registered shares.

Financial results for the first six months of 2010

Revenues of Crnogorski Telekom for the H1 amounted to EUR 56.1 million, which is YOY decrease of EUR 2.2 million (-3.7%). The successful implementation of a cost efficiency program resulted in YOY cost reduction of EUR 2.9 million (-7.5%), excluding special effects.

In the first quarter of 2009, EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) of Crnogorski Telekom increased by 3%, compared to the same period last year. EBITDA margin was 34%, while Company’s total revenues decreased by 7%, driven by falling fixed line and flat mobile revenues.

Crnogorski Telekom announces the Q3 2008. results

In T-Com (unit for fixed telephony and internet), the dynamics of fixed line revenues in Q3 2008 did not change significantly compared to previous quarter. The expansion of broadband market continued, thus the Company had a strong increase in internet and data revenues. Due to the drop in wholesale revenues, fixed line revenues declined by 32% in the third quarter compared to the same period of last year.

Q2 2008. results announced

In Q2 2008, revenues of T-Com (unit for fixed telephony and internet) amounted to EUR 18.2 million, and were lower for 18.8% compared to the same period last year. Revenues in mobile segment (T-Mobile Crna Gora) in Q2 2008. amounted to EUR 17.1 million, and decreased by 4.5% compared to Q2 2007.
